Bootcamp – High Intensity, Full Body Training
Mondays 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Want a fast way to get in shape? Bootcamp is designed to leave no man or woman behind. Benefit from circuit style routines designed to move your cardio up another gear, blended with bodyweight routines and hard driving exercises with kettlebells, weights, and TRX.
Each class is individually designed by me to provide you with a constantly changing set of challenges, with options aimed at every level of fitness. If you’re looking to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength and flexibility then no questions asked, this is the class for you. And remember, as personal trainers we’re about encouragement without the intimidation.
Be ready to have tons of fun, push yourself and sweat.
High Intensity Interval Training, Tabata Style Class
Saturday 10:30am to 11:30am
Rev up your metabolism and pump your heart-rate with high intensity interval training, designed to get the best out of you and your body. Break through the barriers with a range of various bodyweight exercises, designed to stretch and strengthen together with a ton of cardio blast routines that will boost your fitness levels.
This class is for those who want to put in the max effort – but as with all our group activities, everyone is welcome regardless of their fitness level. I’ll happily modify the exercise routines based on your individual needs to give you the right level of workout – without burnout.
