Whether you’re a new starter or an experienced gym lover, I can construct a strength and weight training programme that can both serve as your main fitness activity or a supplemental to other exercises.
To ensure you work out properly I place a constant emphasis on teaching the correct technique and body positioning. When dealing with heavy weights, often in excess of your own bodyweight, good form is essential in preventing injury.

Xavi is an excellent personal trainer. I started training with him in 2013. Although the training is hard work the result is worth it. Xavi is patient and he will give lots of encouragement as long as you put do the work. He keeps a track of your progress and gives you the time to talk about how you are feeling about your training and if there is anything you want to change. I would recommend Xavi as your personal trainer!
Xavier Gomez is quite simply one of the best personal trainers in the UK. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
