I am a degree level physical trainer who works with a number of therapists to provide support and recuperation from all kinds of injuries. From sports strains through to recovery from more serious conditions, I construct a gentle programme that’s designed to ease you back into life or exercise.

Xavi is an excellent personal trainer. I started training with him in 2013. Although the training is hard work the result is worth it. Xavi is patient and he will give lots of encouragement as long as you put do the work. He keeps a track of your progress and gives you the time to talk about how you are feeling about your training and if there is anything you want to change. Xavier Gomez is quite simply one of the best personal trainers in the UK. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
