Exercise within a group class creates a shared and social atmosphere of support and accountability. Every class is dynamic, fun and new comers are welcome.

Bootcamp

Monday 6pm – 7pm and 7pm – 8pm
Thursday 5:45pm – 6:45pm

Get in shape “Bootcamp” Xavier! Experience high-intensity and full-body workouts. From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, TRX, powerbags, kettlebells and body weight exercises. Each class brings its own unique challenges – no two classes are the same – and each exercise will have options to accommodate for all fitness levels. Participants will improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility. The goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun but be prepared to push yourself and sweat!

HIIT

Saturday 11am – 12 noon

One hour HIIT class that is sure to get your blood pumping and your metabolism revved up! Consisting of a various body weight exercises and intense cardio blasts, you can be sure that you’ll be working your max effort for this class. Intensity can be modified depending on individual ability level and specific needs.

Our classes is a great way to improve your fitness in a structured way, working within the limitations of your own existing fitness levels.
